I’m Patric. Dénia has been my home for over 28 years.
When you call Marento, you speak to me. I look after the work myself or bring trusted people I supervise. If a job needs a specialist, I arrange it and keep you informed.
I know the local soil, the summers, and what a property needs when its owner is away. I keep my work close to home so I can be there when it matters.

Prices are per property, per month, payable year-round, with a minimum term of 12 months, whether you are here or away. Garden care, pool care, cleaning, repairs, climate/AC service, pre-arrival services and local administrative assistance are available on request and charged separately; we confirm the scope in your written quote.
From a dripping tap or faulty air conditioning to a gardener, pool technician, or local administrative assistance (NIE, Ayuntamiento, vehicle ITV, utilities) — whatever comes up, I have trusted local contacts and take care of it.
